Horse Sponsorship Program

You impact our program and the community in a powerful way by partnering with the ranch as a horse sponsor. ARRYR is run primarily by the financial gifts of people like you.
Central to our mentorship program is our herd of 18 horses who have each found their way into the hearts of the hundreds of children who have come to the ranch since our opening in 2009. These children consider our horses to be “theirs” and value the time they spend together each week during our mentorship program. Many of these children have come from hard places and can identify with the similarities between their stories and members of our herd. During their time at the ranch, children get the opportunity to do chores around the ranch, assist in horse care (medication and feeding), paint the backs of horses with washable paint, and, of course, time in the saddle.
Each of our horses has their own story. Some come from pasts of abuse and neglect, but many were donated to the ranch by owners who loved them very deeply and provided them with the utmost care. For one reason or another, these owners felt that their equine family member would be a great new addition to our ranch family and an integral part of our program.
When you join our herd by becoming a horse sponsor, YOU, too, become an integral part of our program by helping us shoulder the financial burden of caring for these beloved animals. You further ensure quality care to our horses and a cost-free opportunity for the children who call this their special place.
Your gifts will be used to cover the following:
- Countless hours bonding with children in the program
- Hay & grain
- Medications & Supplements
- Vet Bills
- Yearly vaccinations & blood draws
- Farrier visits as needed
- Tack and other related supplies for the program
As a sponsor, you will receive quarterly updates, a photo of the horse you sponsor, and an overall update on the herd and our program.
Sponsorship Agreement Information
Financial sponsorship in no way entitles the sponsor to ownership and/or exclusive privileges in any way to sponsored animal or ranch property. ARRYR accepts all liability, expressed and/or implied, for the sponsored equine. The sponsor can cancel this agreement with a 30-day notice to the ARRYR administration. All monies received from the sponsor to the date of cancellation remain the property of ARRYR. Please note that there may be more than one sponsor per equine. This ensures that all of our horses are cared for equally, as the funds go into an account to support our whole herd.
Autumn’s ReRide Youth Ranch has been established as a 501(C)(3) nonprofit organization by the Internal Revenue Service. All donations are tax-deductible.
